Welcome to infiniteliving.us (the "Site"), operated by Infinite Living and Possibilities ("Infinite Living," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, downloading our free resources, or purchasing a course or membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. WHO WE ARE

Infinite Living is founded by Christina D'Angelis, PA-C, offering educational content, digital resources, courses, and community membership (The Infinite Circle) focused on anxiety relief, mindset, and confidence for midlife women.

2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Christina D'Angelis is a licensed Physician Assistant, but the content on this Site — including free resources, courses, community discussions, and any coaching — is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a doctor-patient or PA-patient relationship. 5. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

When you purchase a course (such as The 21-Day Mind Reset) or join The Infinite Circle, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. Course purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee — if a course isn't right for you, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Membership in The Infinite Circle can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (THE INFINITE CIRCLE)

Members of The Infinite Circle agree to participate respectfully and supportively. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for anyone who behaves abusively, shares harmful content, or violates these Terms.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While we share tools and strategies that have helped many women, individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our free resources, courses, or community.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Living and Possibilities is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our content, or our products.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
